- Install rigelctl commandline utility 
  Ref. (https://github.com/remiges-tech/rigel/releases/download/v0.13.0/rigelctl_0.13.0-SNAPSHOT-96cc754_linux_amd64.tar.gz)
  wget https://github.com/remiges-tech/rigel/releases/download/v0.13.0/rigelctl_0.13.0-SNAPSHOT-96cc754_linux_amd64.tar.gz
  tar xzvf rigelctl_0.13.0-SNAPSHOT-96cc754_linux_amd64.tar.gz
  export PATH="$PATH:<path_to_rigelctl"

- Create schema for the rigel which includes application config
  For eg.

- Add schema in rigel 
  rigelctl schema add -e "<etcd_ip:port>" -a <application_name> -m <module-name> -v <version_number>  <file_name.json>
  For eg. rigelctl schema add -e "10.107.220.16:2379" -a BSE-StARMFV2-DEV -m General-DB -v 1  General-DB.json

- Add config for the schema in rigel
  rigelctl config set -e "<etcd_ip:port>" -a <application_name> -c <config_name> -m <module-name> -v <version_number> <config_parameter>
  For eg. rigelctl config set -e "10.107.220.16:2379" -a BSE-StARMFV2-DEV -c General-DB -m General-DB -v 1 db_port 5432

- Restart the rigelwsc pod
  kubectl delete -n rigel <rigelwsc_pod> 

- Access rigel on web browser using URL
  https://rigel.ndmlkra.devops.remiges.tech/en-US/
